Where deals in Japan slow down

A Japanese Excel file arrives.100 to 300 questions, in Japanese, in the customer's own format. Your SOC 2 report doesn't map to it directly.
Procurement asks for more.Vendor registration forms, an anti-social-forces declaration, a Japanese-style quote and invoice, and a one-page summary for internal approval (ringi).
The deal waits.Your English Trust Center is fine, but the buyer's team needs it in Japanese, in the way Japanese reviewers expect.

How it works

Three steps, all by email

  1. Email us what you received (the questionnaire or form) and the documents you can share.
  2. We send a fixed quote by email. Work starts after payment.
  3. You get the drafts in Japanese, with English notes on anything we could not confirm from your documents.

What we don't do

Clear lines, so you can trust the drafts

  • We don't log in to your systems or submit anything on your behalf.
  • We only write what your documents support. Anything we can't confirm is marked for you to check.
  • We don't give legal or tax advice, and we don't certify compliance.

Who we are

A small security practice in Tokyo

Moshiru is a security practice in Tokyo, run by Yuta Okazaki. Yuta previously led security incident response at a major Japanese automaker, and before that worked in B2B sales for a corporate data platform.

We use AI (Claude) to draft, and every deliverable is reviewed by Yuta before it goes out. Your documents are used only for your project.
